Fireweed Helicopters is currently seeking Canadian Licensed Engineers on either a full-time or contract rotational basis.

Fireweed Helicopters is headquartered in Whitehorse, Yukon as well as having bases located throughout the Yukon. Fireweed is currently operating a fleet of helicopters including Bell 206 Series, Bell 204, Bell 407 and MD520N. We are looking to add aircraft maintenance engineers to our team, these positions would ideally be based full time out of Whitehorse, however, rotational tour applicants are also encouraged to apply.

Competitive pay scale depending on skills and experience.

Candidates moving to Whitehorse, YT would be eligible for transitional housing along with relocation assistance.

Engineers:

In winter months most maintenance is carried out at our main facility in Whitehorse, Yukon on a Monday-Friday, 8-5 basis. In summer most maintenance occurs between our Whitehorse and Dawson City bases, field work may be required from time to time.

Qualified individuals should have experience on Bell 206 Series; 407 experience would be an asset. Candidates with the right background and experience may be considered for type certification, if you have a positive attitude and excellent work ethic but fall short of the requirements, please send us your resume.
